About us: Sun Team Property
Sun Team Property is your partner in Spain, offering complete support at every stage of finding and buying a property.
Do you dream of owning your own house or flat in sunny Spain? We understand that wish and we are here to make it happen. At Sun Team Property we put transparency, trust and a full service first, with a wide range of additional services that make the whole process easier and more enjoyable.
Where we work
We look after clients on the Costa del Azahar, the Valencia coast, the Costa Blanca, the Costa del Sol and Mallorca, with properties ranging from luxury villas to cosy flats. We partner with developers we trust, which helps ensure the quality and security of your investment.
Support at every step
Our job does not end when we find the right property. We help you throughout the process, from opening a bank account and obtaining an NIE number to guiding you through mortgage finance. We also offer services to make life in Spain easier, such as translations, insurance, help with everyday errands and organising celebrations. All transactions are carried out in close cooperation with experienced lawyers, so you have peace of mind and legal certainty. You can read more about these services in the services section of the website.
Our team
Joanna M. Sikorska
I am passionate about real estate, interior decoration and travel, and my drive to help clients makes me the right partner for finding the perfect home. I also help with arranging car hire and coordinating events such as engagements, weddings and parties.
My main aim is for every client to be completely happy with their new home in Spain, and I am there at every stage of the process to give them peace of mind and security. My clients' satisfaction and the security of the transaction they are making are my priority.
As part of my services, I take care of arranging your NIE number, translations, opening bank accounts, help with mortgages and coordinating renovations. If you need anything, just ask and I will find a way to help.
If you are looking for a professional to turn your dreams into reality, you are in the right place. Don't put it off: book an appointment. See you in Spain!
